For customization purposes, please limit to one tree per transaction. If you would like to purchase multiple trees, please do so in separate transactions. In addition to the tree tag (so you can find your tree on-site), one plaque with​ your custom inscription and tree photo is included with each tree gift.

Additional plaques with the same inscription and tree photo may be purchased for $71 each.

Please ensure that everything is spelled properly and grammatically correct. Plaques and tree tags will be printed exactly as submitted. Donor, honor, and inscription fields will be included in the plaque and website entries. The tree tag will include donor and honor fields only.
